I started out designing and building websites in the early 2000s. Today I’m a Digital Creative Director, helping brands and cultural institutions find fresh ways to stand out online.
For a decade I led Digital at Base Design. In 2025, I founded Uncommon Practice: a studio that helps organizations show up with clarity and personality in a world that’s always changing. Our services involve strategy, storytelling, design and tech.
I’ve been lucky to collaborate with clients like Dior, Bozar, KANAL Centre Pompidou, Studio Brussel, NTGent, Axel Vervoordt, MoMu Antwerp, RSC Anderlecht, Fondation Cartier and Warner Music Group. I also enjoy sharing ideas at conferences and schools, from Kikk Festival and Us By Night to MuseumNext and Luca School of Arts.
And I still write. My blog has been running for years; not everything has aged gracefully, but Beyond the interface continues to find readers.
