Still Architectuur

Still Architectuur is a studio of architects based in Kortrijk, Belgium. I designed their portfolio website in 2013.

I removed all interface clutter to come up with a clean design. The big project photos are key to the design, to clearly show what Still is about.

The website is obviously responsive. Its layout perfectly adapts to the varying screen sizes of smartphones, tablets and regular computers. It makes the site perfectly usable on all devices.

I couldn’t help but add a fun little detail to the website: as soon as the browser window loses focus, the photos turn fully black and white:

Architects Eefje and Kaat can easily update the site’s content. The back-end code for that is provided by Kirby, a fantastic light-weight content management system. Visit still-architectuur.be.
